The sales representative that we met with was absolutely stellar. He was knloedgeable, personable, everything you could hope for a sales representative. The time to get the job done was relatively good as well. The total time was only about 8 weeks from sales to finish. The overall look of the completed job is fantastic we love the look of the finished siding and everything looks clean. The issues began with the install team. Upon arrival home from work I approached the install team and asked why the house wrap i requested was still on the ground and not being applied to the house. The response was, that we do not normally put the house wrap on when we install fan fold insulation. After contacting the company the response was that the price for the house wrap materials would be removed from the total bill. The next issue arrived a few days after install when I noticed some new holes in my garage behind some pinboard walling for having tools. I could see light coming through the wall. There were approximately 6 holes that I could see through the pinboard in a 10 by 10 area. I sent this information to the company and was told that they would asses the damage when they came out for their post check visit. A few days later I had to visit the attic and found more holes the perfect size of a hammer head scattered across the areas where siding was applied to the home. I again contacted the company to relay this information and was confirmed that it was received. Several months later now, during the hot muggy summer months, I have still not heard back from anyone from the company and the humidity in my house now after the installation can barely maintain below 70% with 2, 2k sq ft dehumidifiers, and hvac running about 20 hours daily, mind you our home is about 1700 sqft. Every exterior wall to my home now has hot spots where an opening to outside from hole in the siding boards and hot humid air can be felt coming from most outlets. The only way I can fix this now is if everything is ripped down and not only the siding replaced again but also all of the damaged boards around the entire house replaced. To date I have still not received a response or the post inspection visit from this company.

I was told my siding job would start in 3 weeks I have not heard from anyone I have contacted Brian to see if he had any idea when they were going to start he did not respond back to me.

We needed our whole roof replaced and add gutters and ridge vents. The whole process was easy, the crew had everything installed quickly and professionally. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this company

Thought I was going to have to replace the sliding glass door. Wayne looked at it and was able to fix the existing door. Save me about $800.00 Would definitely hire him again. He was on time and did the job quickly..

I hired this company to replace the siding on my house and garage, and also replace the windows in the house. Their subcontractors are the absolute most unprofessional and unskilled I have ever dealt with. Partially through the job I had concerns and spoke with a representative of AAPCO and sent an e-mail with pictures describing my concerns, I was never contacted by anyone from AAPCO to see if my concerns were addressed, the only person who spoke to me was the subcontractor who barely spoke English. After the job was finished I had concerns and again spoke with AAPCO, this time they did have the actual contractor "Jerry" contact me, which he scheduled an appointment with me, walked the house, took pictures and said he would get back with me and and arrange the crew to come back and address my issues. They came back, and I'm not satisfied with the quality of their work, most of what I addressed they didn't even bother to touch. I paid a professional price, I demand a professional job.

I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail. Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better. Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash.

This company has major problems. 4 different carpenters worked on our project and it was terrible. The screen room was nice--modular system, but the 2 decks/stairs going into the screen room are shoddy at best. The inspector failed the decks 5 times, and it still was not right. The materials were cheap, full of knots (we already have to replace a step, 3 months after installation), and very poor workmanship. We have done decks ourselves, but are now older, and decided to get someone else to do it, but we will never use this company again. We cannot believe they are still in business if all their jobs come out like ours. We are so disappointed.

They were very professional and explained all aspects of the process. The installation team was though and I was impressed by the attention to detail. I got an upgrade on three outside entry doors that will make a huge difference in the heating and cooling of our home. No high pressure salesmanship. My experience is this is a company that can be trusted to deliver quality products and service at a reasonable price.

The crew was on time, polite and completed the job as promised. The clean up was good. The only issue was losing my electricity temporarily when they plugged a microwave into my outside outlet. It tripped and I was working from home so I also lost my connection online temporarily. After that they used their generator for the microwave. Other than that everything was fine.

All the contractors were top notch. Mike, the sales agent, was over-the-top with first rate knowledge, experience and smart recommendations. Job done as promised. Quality and appearance of doors and windows is spot-on. Patience when dealing with the office is the best approach for the customer.

I gave AAPCO 5 stars across the board I believe we met in the middle to accomplish my goal the installers were fast and professional from my initial contact with dang I cannot at this time think of the consultant name but he was great! also Mr. Frankie :} Thanks guys ya'll do a fantastic job. They re pricey, but their work and customer service are stellar! I m confident my roof will stand up to the elements for years to come.

They were very professional and did a wonderful job. The other contractor: Rockwell charged twice as much for the same job.
