"Roof crew was excellent! Gutter crew also excellent. Siding crew was horrible. I live in a townhouse so there is only a front and a back. Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again."

"From start to finish Chris Dobbin and crew exceeded our every expectation. We did shop around but ended up going with HCR because of their warranty. It far exceeded the competition. Don't take my word for it. Look up their triple warranty guarantee. Chris explained the process and how there would be a period of no communication and then a call to schedule install. It was just like he said. Crew arrived on time, lead performed a walk through educating us what is to be done, and remeasured windows before starting demo. Crew was over the top professional and cleaned up as the went along. After install the lead gave us an operation briefing. The wife is super happy with the results. I underestimated how much I would like the blinds in the windows. I had them installed in the two patio doors but should have included the kitchen and master bath windows. Slick product and I have peace of mind thanks to their no hassle, non-prorated, transferable warranty. A side benefit that wasn't discussed was the noise reduction. Our house is so much quieter."

"Mr. Boyer replaced the roof and siding of my townhouse. He also installed a storm door. I am very happy with the work Mr. Boyer and his son, Billy, did for me. They were very meticulous and did the work as we agreed. They pay attention to detail. I also asked them to put a heat-control film on my window, which Mr. Boyer did as a favor to me (didn't charge me!). That was a surprise and greatly appreciated!
