Kevin with KLM Exteriors provided service above and beyond our expectations. He was communicative and flexible in setting up our appointment. The estimate was done quickly and was fair. The work provided was a great value. We had windows cleaned inside and outside - they've never looked so good! We had our house washed - our siding, shingles, porch, and gutter faces are looking new! Out gutters were completely cleaned in a way I would not ever be able to accomplish on my own, include the downspouts. And we had our walkways and driveway powerwashed to a bright white. He spent a long time at our house, inside and outside, and he was courteous throughout. Could not recommend them enough!

KLM came out today and power washed the exterior of our home. They were very prompt, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

Kevin did a terrific job getting the leaves off our roof and making sure gutters were cleaned. Courteous, came on time. No problems.

Kevin's service was efficient and reasonably priced. The houses in our neighborhood are close together, making it hard to get ladders up to access, but Kevin uses suctioning equipment that offers an alternative. Kevin showed us before and after photos too. He's busy so scheduling took a little bit, but even then, he is extremely communicative and honest. I'm recommending him to my neighbors!

KLM Exterior Services were very professional and did an excellent job. They weren’t happy with my previous connection hose and urged me to get a new one, which showed me that they really take pride in their work. They were great! Gutters cleaned inside and out and look fantastic! We have an old house and stubborn windows that are difficult to open and close. They managed them and cleaned them really well. I’m pleased and will hire again.

Kevin came out, walked the property and we discussed what I wanted and agreed upon a price. We shook hands. I was pleased with the exchange and took him for his word. It was not to be. He said he was behind about a week and I asked for him to call when he could set a date. A week went by and no phone call so I called him. A date was set. The date came and he cancelled it due to weather. A second date was set. I received another call stating he wanted to move up the date. He then later cancelled it due to weather. A third date was set. That date came and he cancelled once again to weather. A fourth date was set. He never showed or returned my call. It was another bad weather day. I may be slow but I can take a hint. When he set the dates I looked at the weather reports. All the days he set were clearly calling for bad weather. I don’t know why he would do that. I so much misjudged him. Being a half glass full sort of guy, I feel blessed that I in fact had dodged a bullet dealing with someone like that.
