Kevin with KLM Exteriors provided service above and beyond our expectations. He was communicative and flexible in setting up our appointment. The estimate was done quickly and was fair. The work provided was a great value. We had windows cleaned inside and outside - they've never looked so good! We had our house washed - our siding, shingles, porch, and gutter faces are looking new! Out gutters were completely cleaned in a way I would not ever be able to accomplish on my own, include the downspouts. And we had our walkways and driveway powerwashed to a bright white. He spent a long time at our house, inside and outside, and he was courteous throughout. Could not recommend them enough!

KLM came out today and power washed the exterior of our home. They were very prompt, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. The cost of the service was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

Kevin's service was efficient and reasonably priced. The houses in our neighborhood are close together, making it hard to get ladders up to access, but Kevin uses suctioning equipment that offers an alternative. Kevin showed us before and after photos too. He's busy so scheduling took a little bit, but even then, he is extremely communicative and honest. I'm recommending him to my neighbors!

KLM Exterior Services were very professional and did an excellent job. They weren’t happy with my previous connection hose and urged me to get a new one, which showed me that they really take pride in their work. The repairman made sure not to track anything in the house and was very cordial and had a great attitude. Would highly recommend!

Kevin far exceeded our expectations. He was very professional and explained in detail the process from start to finish. He did an AMAZING job soft washing our roof, siding, front porch, back deck and pressure washing our sidewalk and driveway. He was extremely thorough to be sure our expectations were met.
