"I contacted four other companies to get quotes and WT Anderson stood out among the rest. Not because of price, although we ended with a very good price, but because none of the others could even come close to the quality of customer service WT Anderson provided. "5 Stars! It's not easy these days to find a contractor who does what they say they are going to do... and stand behind it. Ryan and his team at Mixed Property Solutions installed a roof for me back in March on a townhouse I had purchased in Western Branch, the results we terrific! "Roof crew was excellent! Gutter crew also excellent. Siding crew was horrible. I live in a townhouse so there is only a front and a back. Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again."

"Mr. Phillips showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He came back another day to check his work. He had given me some screws to reattach some siding, which wasn't in our contract. When he saw that I hadn't been able to attach the siding, he did it for me. This was above and beyond what I paid him for."

"PRO: They did outstanding work, very professional and the cost was very reasonable... highly recommend them. The only "down side" which really wasn't... was a 2 hours window waiting time (9 am - 11 am) vs a set schedule appointment. I had to hang around the house till they came; which was at 11 am. LOL"
