Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it.
