"I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof.
