"I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof. But after the terrible thunderstorms we had and the few tropic depressions that came through not a single shingle or a leak has happened!!! I will definitely use them for my next project that needs to happen at my house!!!"

"Cleaned gutters. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200.  The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each.  I thought the price was too high and declined.

"It went really well. Mike came to the house to take a shutter to match the color. The color matched perfectly what we wanted. He removed all the dry rot including areas we didn't know were rotted, removed a wasps nest we didn't know was there, replaced all the wood, and painted everything to match the existing trim. I liked working with Mike. He always kept me informed on what was going on. I will definitely use him in the future!"
