"Roof crew was excellent! Gutter crew also excellent. Siding crew was horrible. I live in a townhouse so there is only a front and a back. Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. The siding crew left a bad taste in my mouth & will never use them again."

"After meeting with the salesman and giving them the deposit, it took about a month for them to come out and install.  They were very prompt with the install once they were here.  After the install however things went very wrong.

After winter ended and the rain came we noticed that one of the downspouts was too low and our downspout extension was no longer taking the water away from the house but leaking back toward the house onto the front porch.  We have called the Service Manager twice only to leave messages and no return call.  So while the price was average and the install was good, the poor customer service should drive potential customers away from this business.  It has been three weeks and we have yet to receive one phone call from them to fix the problem.

We will not be using them for our future siding and painting work we plan on doing this year.

April 4, 2016 Update:
I am very impressed that the day after I reviewed this company that not only did management call me but the owner called me as well assuring me that they would make it right.  Within an hour the installer called and said that they would be over today to make it right.  They came in the window they promised even though they had a full day and the rain delayed them at a job.
The looked at the problem and they agreed that the downspout was too low and they also checked the others. They made adjustments to all of them and replaced the extensions and made it nicer than before the install.  That was totally unexpected and appreciated.
I must say this company is a class act because they investigated where the problem was on their end and made sure they took care of it right away.

"I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Contacted Mike Lego of Atlantic Services by phone, came out that same day (Tuesday) and gave me a price to replace the roof, repair the trim and install new shutters on the front of the house. He stated that he could do the work Thursday and Friday of that same week. He and his crew showed up as promised on Thursday morning and began replacement of the roof. He and his crew were very professional and worked productively, old shingles were removed and dropped into a dump truck that was parked in my driveway, instead of dropping them in the yard. All nailing was done by hand. They cleaned up the entire area around the house after each work day, The color that we picked for the shutters had to be special ordered and were replaced the following week."

"Hector came out with his coworker Brian, and they were punctual, professional, and thorough with their work to inspect and repair our roof. Hector quickly saw that the color of the shingle pack was just slightly off from the color of the singles on my house. Two singles on the front side of my house needed replacement, so he took out singles from an inconspicuous section of the back roof to use those on the front. He then used the shingles from the shingle pack to replace those back-roof shingles, which were out of sight. As a result, the roof is back in tip top shape, and there are no signs that there was ever an issue. I appreciated his and Brian's efforts to "go the extra mile," so that the job was done in the best way possible. Also, Brian repaired a small area of siding that had broken into three pieces for only $25 extra. I talked with Hector about a potential future job of replacing the siding for the whole house, and, given his and Brian's attention to detail, I would trust them with a large-scale job like that. "Border was difficult to remove, but the tech did his best without damaging the walls. The three doors look great, although the top of the pediment over my front door didn’t get painted. I didn’t notice that until the next day, but I got up there and cleaned it myself, so it isn’t that noticeable."
