Took them 2 days & it would have been longer if my husband didn't push them along. Some of the sales people are slick & make you belive all is included when it isn't. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Contacted Mike Lego of Atlantic Services by phone, came out that same day (Tuesday) and gave me a price to replace the roof, repair the trim and install new shutters on the front of the house. He stated that he could do the work Thursday and Friday of that same week. He and his crew showed up as promised on Thursday morning and began replacement of the roof. He and his crew were very professional and worked productively, old shingles were removed and dropped into a dump truck that was parked in my driveway, instead of dropping them in the yard. All nailing was done by hand. They cleaned up the entire area around the house after each work day, The color that we picked for the shutters had to be special ordered and were replaced the following week."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Border was difficult to remove, but the tech did his best without damaging the walls. The three doors look great, although the top of the pediment over my front door didn’t get painted. I didn’t notice that until the next day, but I got up there and cleaned it myself, so it isn’t that noticeable."
