"It was hard to rate this service. There were positives and negatives. I normally handle my own plumbing problems, but I'm getting old and crawling around to do plumbing is getting to be a problem. In this case, I had a problem that I was having trouble with and thought a professional might get it done with less collateral damage to the faucet. I assumed that a plumber would have better tools and some experience with my faucet (not a common model). Neither of these were true, and the lack of sufficient tools and supplies caused my low rating. I had already diagnosed the problem, so what I got was a good plumbing assistant with strong hands and a good back. I supplied some of the tools and supplies, and he made the repairs under my supervision. My problem got fixed, but it took a long time. On the positive side, the plumber was a hard worker and very personable. Furthermore, the charge was reduced based on my helping with the job, so I got a reasonable value for the visit."

He arrived at the time he said he would and was very neat in his work as evidenced by covering the walkway to the water heater closet with canvas, Picking up all the used parts and carrying them off. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone . His price for the job was discussed at the onset and their were no hidden charges.
