He did a full inspection of my complete system, inside and out, and then provided me with options for the future to properly care of my unit. He was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and professional. 
Additionally, he explained to me their service plan (which I purchased) and all of the future options/services I could utilize to properly care for, and extend the life of, my heating/cooling system. It started to pour rain while the technician was outside inspecting my unit and so he returned to my home and finished up inside (paperwork, explanations, etc.).
