They recently replaced the water supply lines to our washer. They arrived on time and did a great job for a fair price. We will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

My house had been vacant for at least bine years.we called ali-core to check our sewage lines because we had a back up. It was like pressing the easy button! Our technician Brandon came out from an hour plus away and imedi went to work! Then returned to fix the problem two days later with his equipment. He was punctual, fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely give these guys a call again for all my plumbing needs! I feel like I am cheating this company because just cannot say enough great things about them.

I spoke to Jason, the owner, he agreed to send someone the same day. The repairman arrived on time and cleared my sink without any difficulty. He also took the time to explain the process. All in all, I was treated with respect by Jason and his staff. I would recommend Ali-Corp plumbing to all of my friends in fact I have already given contact info to a friend and fellow homeowner.

The price is too high. They get some materials in Lowes and we need to wait for him after he bought and come back from Lowes.

Jason was effective in early communications in setting up the appointment and on-time for the appointment itself, always appreciated and increasingly uncommon. He was personable, professional and attentive in addressing the process and procedures in removing the old kitchen sink and replacing with a new sink and faucet assembly. Jason took the time to assure that all joints were leak-free and that the work area was clean. The price for this work was very favorable and, without question, I would hire the company in the future for other plumbing projects!

Charlie came and did some tests. Then he tightened the faucet sprayer connection, which cost us $125. Next day, the leak came back. We called him and he just said (without promising to return first and re-check the situation) that we would need to buy a new faucet. He had two faucet choices and said we needed to buy one of those from him if we wanted to get a discount on his return trip. The only thing he got right was arriving on time and maintaining good phone communication. Everything else just felt like he was nickel-and-diming us rather than providing good follow-up. What ever happened to "standing behind your work"?

Great. Professional and courteous. Work area get clean, wore booties to keep floor and carpets clean.

Both times they had to work me in, so the way that they worked me in, I think that had I called in and made an appointment I think they definitely would have been on time instead of a last-minute situation.

Initially had an apprentice install the valves. He screwed it up. Had to call the normal plumber to come fix it. They are STILL screwed up. The exact same symptom. The cold side SLAMS on and off when the valve is first turned on. Causes hot and cold to fluctuate rapidly. Temp wont stay stable. I don't even want them back to fix it.

Very good interactions. Good. They had to come back and repair it a second time, but they took care of it very quickly.

Everyone I worked with was courteous and professional and open to any question I asked. My hot water heater was up in the attic and it was a sweltering day. Permit and inspection was handled by the company so I just basically was here for them to do the job. I have more work I need done in the near future and I would definitely call them again.

It did not go well and we would not hire them again.

Charlie fixed everything! He quickly snaked the bathtub drain, stopped the two drains from working, and then repaired the toilet. It took about two hours because he had to go to the store to get some parts. He was entirely professional and very friendly. I like using small companies because I find them to be more personal and responsible than bigger companies. I found this to be the case with Charlie and Ali-Cor Plumbing.

Awesome plumber! I called to get a ball valve connection fixed on my rear hose connection (cracked during a freeze) - the leak was up against my foundation and I needed it fixed fast. I spoke with Jason Miller over the phone to schedule the appointment. Jason was polite, friendly, and worked around my schedule to come see what needed to be done. The plumber that came out was Charlie, another friendly guy that obviously knows his craft well (and mentioned he is a 3rd generation plumber). Although I have an unusual hose line setup, Charlie took the time to go to 4 different plumbing suppliers to find the right parts and avoid having to cut into my drywall from the inside. That saved me a lot of time and money. The work was done quickly and payment was super easy. I really like the fact that Ali-Cor uses an electronic system for everything: Appointment setup, appointment reminders, payment, and automatically emailing my receipt. Communication was thorough during the whole process and I am a very happy customer. Thanks for doing a great job!

ALI Core came immediately to replace our hot water heater. Charlie and Brandon were polite, professtional and VERY hardworking. They carefully removed and replaced the items in our garage that were in their way. Patiently answered all of my questions. In addition they gave me tips on how to extend the life of my new heater. I am going to call ALI Core Plumbing back for some additional work on our plumbing!

Ali-Cor Plumbing is very busy. However, they squeezed in an appointment for me. Brandon informed me before he was on the way here. Brandon is very knowledgable about what he is doing. He immediately diagnosed the problems of the leakages. Brandon was very professional. At the same time, he was also very patient and took time to explain. He got the necessary parts and solved the problem the same day by crawling in and out of the crawl space many times. I really appreciate his handwork with great attitude. It made a very pleasant experience.

Excellently. The gentlemen came out, got right to work, explained what they thought the issues were and what our options were, and did the work. No muss, no fuss. They were fast and efficient. They had the parts they needed to do the work, and did so quickly.

They showed up a little late (~30 minutes) but started moving quickly upon arrival. They kicked through the drywall after giving me no more than a "we'll have to make an access point." They were so violent with it that the entire wall had to have new drywall put on because they kicked and pulled rather than taking a knife to it. They then installed the tub without any noticeable issue. When they said they were finished, I asked them to remove the tar-like stuff they had tracked in the tub. He took a screwdriver to it and scratched well into the fiberglass. They later agreed to a partial refund to compensate the damage to $500 of product. With the surround walls, they forced it too far into each corner which bowed out the center of it. I did not notice this since I was leaving for work a few days after install and didn't get to use it after the curing period. When I returned I found the issue with the walls but decided to replace it myself. It was clear that they cut the holes in the wrong place. This is why they forced it into the corner rather than replace the surround like I later had to.

On time, under expected cost. Total professionals. Gladly hire Ali Cor Plumbing again.

Quick, clean....No drama.

A shower head started to leak after the work was performed. Called to see if someone would come to fix it. They recognized the problem, but did not take ownership of it. He was going to verify and get back to me. Its been over 2 weeks and I have still not heard back from them.
