"I had an extremely negative experience with this moving company. The initial estimate was $2,900, but when the job was finally done, they demanded $5,400?almost double the original quote. The move was estimated at 8 hours, but it ended up taking 15 hours, going late into the night. What made the situation worse was that I was told I had to sign and pay immediately or the workers would not be allowed to leave. This felt very pressured and unprofessional. After negotiating, I still ended up paying far more than expected. To be fair, the workers themselves were great?hard-working, polite, and respectful. However, the way the company handles pricing and payment is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience."

"Wow what a great moving experience (one of the best all time... I've never worked with such a professional moving company). Malik was a stellar communicator from start to finish. He sent an email with the quote (and a two-page PDF of moving tips!) well ahead of time, confirmed the date and time via text and made sure we had each other's phone #s on the day of the move. On moving day (which was the 4th of July), they showed up right on time and moved everything quickly, efficiently and carefully. There was no damage to anything. I would absolutely recommend this company. Double thumbs up. We will definitely use them again. They turned what could have been a huge hassle into quite a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!"

"I used Movers USA at the beginning of this year to move my 10’ X 15’ storage unit from NE Balt. City to an apartment in Asheville, NC. Prior to my selecting this company, I checked out 6 or 7 other companies also listed on Angi, and along with Movers, seriously interviewed and went over to another company and met with them in person. I dealt with Movers’ owner Sharon Nahoom a number of times through email and in a couple of calls. In addition, I went over to his office located in the very large company storage facility in Jessup. I was impressed with this storeroom being well organized and its’ sheer size and the size and cleanliness of a truck he showed me. In addition, Sharon was friendly and overall fairly accommodating. Mr. Nahoom was the only one honest and clear with me, that as I personal had packed everything, and even though most boxes were clearly labeled, no insurance carrier would insure them as they had not been professionally packed. This honesty saved me at least $300 to $500 on needless insurance. In addition, Sharon was flexible with me on matching some terms that the other company I was serious dealing with offered—-no charge for an extra day of storing my items in the truck, extra steps to the apt, and on pick-up and delivery dates. He was also reasonable with his price—-being on the lower end of the scale from the 7-8 companies I had quotes from. The cheapest by far, was a company located in Washington state that used contracted movers—-but I didn’t want to take a chance with this The pick-up went smoothly, starting on time, and with the foreman—-Fernando, and four younger movers emptying my storage unit into their truck in a couple of hours. Two days later in Asheville, Fernando showed with a lady helper—-but no-one else. He managed to do the bulk of the moving himself up 30 steps—-as the apt was on the third floor. A number of times I had to assist him from his unloading the top couple of boxes—-as he would just carry them up on his back with a large canvas strap! If I had not helped some with some boxes would have fell to the floor. He stated he was in ‘a rush’ as he wanted to get back through the mountains down her before the forecasted storm early that afternoon. Things were rushed as fair as quick decisions by me which room specific boxes and items were put—-as we were dealing with the realities of one mover in a rush, with nice woman periodically bringing up a few more things up. Overall the move went smoothly, but I have concerns that just having one man with some extra help was “putting almost all the eggs in one basket”—-if he had gotten hurt, plus he had done all the 8 plus hour drive here, and was doing the same on the way back. Only thing broke was a worthless drinking glass that I had poorly packed. As I had about 280 boxes I wanted to open them all and see that there was no damaged items. I had taken some items to my sisters in Montgomery Co and then took down most this when I headed south a few days after the storage unit move, and given a number things to Goodwill —-so not sure about a couple of things I thought I still had. Overall I would have given this company somewhere around a “B+” grade but as there are no ‘pluses’ or ‘minuses’ that is why I gave Movers 4 stars rather than the 5."

Will definitely defintely recommend them to anyone looking for a pro-quality and yet least expensive options. their crew did an awesome job; worked for almost 14 hours non-stop and ensured that all of items got professional packaged, moved to the right room and installed/unassembled as applicable. "What an amazing movie experience. First, it was the cheapest option available and they weren’t pushy about me signing the day I got the quote (unlike other places). They were so accommodating, because my pickup/delivery dates kept changing. They answer pretty much 24/7. The actual moving experience was efficient and well done. The movers were professional and nice. I had two pickup locations at zero extra charge. This was worth every penny and more! They should be rated #1 in the USA, thank you!"
