Beyond frustrated with this company. I’ve tried to be patient and allow them some latitude in rectifying a situation with damage to my couch during my move. In fairness, the actually movers were good guys and worked hard during my move. However, upon reassembly, the electronic reclining feature on one side of my couch would not work. I contacted the office and they sent over a furniture repair guy, “not a couch expert” according to his words. He was unable to fix the issue or diagnose the issue. He told me that he would report back to the company with the results and they would contact me to file a claim. After a week and no contact, I called them. I was promised a call back in a few minutes, it has been 2 days and no one has called back. To add insult to injury, I can’t reach anyone at the office to follow-up. I have waited to do this review until everything was closed out and completed. I wanted to be as fair as possible and I understand that things can happen during a move. This seemed minor initially, but has turned out to be very complicated and I am really disappointed with my experience. Again, I understand that things can happen with a move. I just want to know that the company will follow through on what they promised and so far, Artisan Movers have not lived up to their end of the deal.

I had a small job, simply moving some heavy pieces of furniture inside the house. Berlin and Efrain showed up on time and knocked it efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible moving experience. 7 pieces of furniture damaged. Definitely would not recommend. Mover stands with you holding a cell and says ‘sign here.’ You don’t know the price you are agreeing to until you sign. Horrible professional architecture. Go elsewhere with a reputable mover.

The team from Artisan Movers did a great job. They instilled confidence from the initial meeting straight through to the physical move into our new home.. The crew that did the physical work listened and show genuine care for our belonging and now as they completed the process.. I would definitely use them are recommend them anytime!

The move went as well as it could have gone. The Artisan front office team was fair with their initial quote and was responsive to all of our questions along the way. On moving day, the mover team—Berlin, Brayan, Dennis, Royvin and Victor—was great. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were careful with our furniture and patient with our questions. On more than one occasion they re-moved furniture when we changed our minds about the new placement. They were polite, professional, and worked hard to finish the job on time (and below the estimate!). I would recommend Artisan highly.

Perfect, the crew (Royvin V. and Dennis L.) was early, they hustled, and absolutely flawless execution, no damage to walls or furniture, either. And they finished early.

The guys (JULIO GENARO & ARIEL) were amazing! Super professional and helpful! They packed everything quickly and made the entire process stress free. Make sure to request them if you need a great job with a touch of kindness!

This company is great! The workers work fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating with changes. Julio oversaw the entire move and made sure everything was placed and all boxes were where the items should be.
