Drained down and removed old tank type water heater in attic. Built wall in attic for new Navien tankless water heater. Once wall was built mounted new unit. Ran new section of gas line with new regulator to tankless. Connected water lines. Ran new pvc vent line through roof. Once everything was installed turned unit on to test. Strapped up and insulated water lines. Had to plug extension cord in downstairs until electrician came out to install outlet in attic for unit, which was done a couple days later (price already included in the job quote)."

They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. They even had pictures of what was done and showed us the beams they removed. And after their truck pulled away, there was no indication that they had even been there, not even some sawdust; that was impressive."

"Everyone was professional, prompt and couteous. However, the inspector didn't have a ladder when he arrived. Apparentlyl I was suposed to tell them they needed to bring a ladder. He offered to come back with a ladder, but upon further questioning, it turns out that unless your attic is finished or has walking boards installed, they can't go up there at all. They just shine the light around and look for signs."
