"Steve Overgard and his team replaced non functioning over sized windows in the house I bought that was partially renovated. These were 9x5 three panel picture windows over looking the water. The team measured, ordered custom windows, and installed them perfectly. They matched the paint color for the wide sill and frame. They completed all the finishing without any blue tags needed. "Barry conducted the scan, taking a good deal of time with us. He explained what he was seeing on his camera as we accompanied him on the scan, and took care to pay special attention to spots we were concerned about. Barry has a lot of experience across several areas and was able to offer good advice on issues he saw. I will implement quite a few of his suggestions, especially regarding exterior water management. He also pointed out improvements that I could likely handle myself in order to save some money, which I appreciate.
The scan confirmed some things we knew about and identified some we did not. Since we are planning to put in a decent amount of money and work into our house, we feel that this service is well worth the money to be as informed as possible prior to committing the money and effort.

"Nigel showed up when he said he would, had the proper tools and equipment to install my off-brand faucet/sprayer. Due to the age of hook up under the sink, he also had to install an inside cut off valve. He preformed everything correctly and completely. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything better than it was prior to him starting. He had everything done within 30 minutes. I am very pleased and will be using his services in the future."

"Kenny Ferguson is very responsive to customer requests. He communicates well to the customer and to his men. Fernado and Mike were very careful in their work and aimed to please the customer. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I have another job waiting for Kenny and his team to install an attic fan. I have confidence that they will do good work as they have done in the past.

"This company is awesome. A person contacted me to inquire about the job and he was very professional. He gave me a quote and was able to get someone to come out to install the lighting fixture the next day. However, someone was close in the area where he was able to be at my house to install it within 20 minutes of me initially calling. "Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."
