We had an initial estimate for crawlspace encapsulation last year but werenâ t ready to move forward due to other home projects. I was impressed by how quick that process was- I came down at one point and the pump was already installed, without a trace of dirt or debris behind in the basement! Completely satisfied! "Everyone was professional, prompt and couteous. However, the inspector didn't have a ladder when he arrived. Apparentlyl I was suposed to tell them they needed to bring a ladder. He offered to come back with a ladder, but upon further questioning, it turns out that unless your attic is finished or has walking boards installed, they can't go up there at all. They just shine the light around and look for signs."

They installed my air conditioning/furnace. For some reason, one year and one month after they installed it, I had parts going bad in it. It is a major brand, a Carrier unit, so I don't know why I would have had parts fail in such a short period of time. I had no heat during the snowstorm. It may have just been a fluke.
