"They did a great job on installing the water softener and purification system. At the same time they were installing the system I also had an electrician working pn finding why one of my breakers kept tripping. The electrician spent 2 1/2 hours and couldnâ t fix the problem. The electrician wanted to charge me another $500 to find the problem. I said no. The problem was that the water softener was also connected to the same breaker. Once the electrician left the Orbit workers offered to look for the reason the breaker was tripping. The didnâ t want to leave with the softener not plugged. In and not working. The 2 Orbit employees cheerfully started looking for the GFI responsible for breaker that kept tripping. THEY found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. They fixed a problem in 10 minutes that a 41 year electrician couldnâ t fix . The water softener was turned on, my breaker wasnâ t tripping and I was super happy. Oh yeah, my water is soft and taste great. You canâ t make up stories like this. Super happy with Orbit. Highly recommend Orbit. They were on time and did everything they promised and more."

They looked over the main water shutoff valve that I wanted to replace and then explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. "I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Appleton Campbell.  The technician that was sent to my house (Michael) arrived on time and spent a lot of time with me going over the various options for my 80 gallon electric water heater replacement.  Michael also took the time to test my well water for me (At no charge) and brought it to my attention that my water was very acidic and that my neutralizer tank was not working properly.  I plan to call Michael back in the next few weeks to have them service my neutralizer tank.
Unfortunately as of April 2015 they are no longer making 80 Gallon water heaters so I was  unable to use this company for the installation.  Michael did provide me with other alternatives to an 80 Gallon tank but the new Hybrid systems are out of my budget and a 50 gallon water heater will not cut it for the size of my house. 
Michael and Appleton Campbell have been added to "My Favorites" on Angie's List and plan on using them in the future for other services/projects.
