Dylan McKinney, our assigned Water Treatment Specialist is very professional & down to earth. He did testing of our water for various contaminants & found our water to be extremely hard (23 Grains / gallon). Dylan’s solution for us was a Puronics Hydronex iGen 30 & Micromax 7000 (under the kitchen sink RO + Remineralization). He was willing to work with us on price; we were able to arrive at a $ that worked for us & also gave us the ability to purchase using our Home Depot card to pay off interest free for 2 years! Our system was fully installed in 2 hours in Aug 2025. Afterwards, we really noticed an amazing silky feeling on our skin when showering. We no longer need detergent boosters when washing clothing or dishes & no longer have scaling issues on faucets, toilets, shower or tub. We feel comfortable knowing we invested with Purfect Water Solutions’ Lifetime Warranty along with Dylan as our go to guy for questions or issues that may arise in the future.

I was given a one hour sales pitch in my house after I contacted them on Angi to buy and install a water softener. I requested a smart water softener that I could manage via an app but received one that I cannot manage at all--it has to be managed by one of the company's technicians at my expense. I was told by the salesperson that the company would be back after the install to retest my water but I never heard from them. The installers were competent and professional. The product itself seems fine and does what you would expect a water softener would do. I paid $5,000 after various "discounts," including one for keeping a sign in my yard for two months, with the installation fee listed as free.

Ryan and Mike were the installers who were courteous, respectful, and their work exemplified their experience and knowledge. We immediately tasted the refreshing difference of alkaline water and definitely feel the difference in the water quality with our skin. Also the General Manager Evan was very helpful and accommodating to make sure our installation went as smooth as possible. This is a 5 star company and we highly recommend them hands down.

Purfect water checked the water and found high level of Iron because the system was not doing its job. We had a drinking water system installed which was a wise choice we made. We don’t have to buy store brought water anymore.

We decided to install whole home water softener and purification system. I chose Purefect waters as recommended by my friend . Very happy I took his recommendation. Scott Culin is very prompt in replying and answering all questions about product, scheduling appt and making sure technician is there at your house. Once that was done, we had Mike to install and he was on time, thorough in process. Explained me each step and what he is doing as well as kept the work neat and very tidy. No space was wasted in the installation. Very happy with process and product , would definitely recommend.

The initial meeting with Scott was very informative, he was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. After already consulting with two other companies, I decide to go with them. The installed was done 3 days later and the tech, Sean, was very skilled and resourceful after we encounter a couple of unexpected challenges in the install. Great service. The installer forgot to bypass the irrigation line and they were quick to remedy it. Every other part was great and the water is so good. I would do it again if I had to.
