Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. "One faucet required locating the inside water line leading to the faucet, and then cutting through paneling and sheetrock to remove and replace the faucet. The work was somewhat messy but they cleaned it up well, replaced the insulation & covered the exposed area with a removeable access panel.
The other faucet was easier to replace and included correcting sloppy work that had been done when the previous faucet had been installed.
The two workers were polite , neat and careful not to track water and mud into the house or basement
