Recently I engaged Andy to service our well-water acid neutralizer tank, because I questioned the reliability of service by another company 13 months earlier. Andy tested our water and found that its pH value was 6.97, which was consistent with previous readings over the past six months when he did other work for us. Because our well-water pH is essentially neutral, Andy explained the acid neutralizer tank is not necessary. He offered two options: 1) remove the tank (thus leaving us with only the water softener tank) or 2) empty it, which option I selected. He also reduced the cost of the service call. Andy’s approach starkly contrasts with the other company that for years took advantage of an unsuspecting customer by charging almost $300 to “service” the tank and unnecessarily adding expensive calcite. "One faucet required locating the inside water line leading to the faucet, and then cutting through paneling and sheetrock to remove and replace the faucet. The work was somewhat messy but they cleaned it up well, replaced the insulation & covered the exposed area with a removeable access panel.
The other faucet was easier to replace and included correcting sloppy work that had been done when the previous faucet had been installed.
The two workers were polite , neat and careful not to track water and mud into the house or basement

"We have been very impressed by the work they did for us. Not only did they remove a tub and put in a shower. They repaired the drainage, a huge problem we had not anticipated. They repaired the drywall and put subway tiles over the new shower to the ceiling, which looks amazing - their idea.. Also, they installed a new bathroom floor in a minimum of time. Tommy, the owner respected our â fixed income status and the price for both installations were more than fair. They cleaned up when the jobs were complete. Tommy and his team were personable and clearly talented. We will be using them frequently in the future. Tommy had some excellent suggestions for solving our water filter issues.
