"It's regretful to hear that your experience with TSR was not up to our standards. When provided with feedback, we make every effort to remedy issues that are brought to our attention. TSR advocates on behalf of our customers by working directly with insurance agencies to acquire both verbal and written authorization prior to all work performed. TSR then follows strict IICRC standards of care to complete our work. In the case of your home's mitigation, we submitted photo evidence of bacterial growth in the crawlspace and on the contents from your basement directly to your insurance adjuster. Allstate then provided written authorization to proceed with TSR’s mitigation services on all affected areas which led to the wall removal and pulled carpeting you mentioned. If it helps, TSR is more than happy to provide you with their authorization and pictures showing the bacterial growth in the crawlspace & furniture. We can also share the authorizations you signed detailing our removal and cleaning process, which involves bringing items to our company warehouse for treatment, cleaning and storage. We document the removal of objects and have pictures that show the emptied crawlspace. The day our technicians vacated the property, your adjuster arrived on site to inform us that the property tested positive for Lead and Asbestos which forced us to cease work. While we understand you felt uninformed during this process, we received no contact from you to address your concerns and given the opportunity, could have provided an explanation. We have no records to corroborate your “Cash-only” claim. It is our understanding that you had zero cost liability for the work performed because Allstate approved your claim in full and payment is forthcoming. We understand that some of our processes were not clearly communicated to you and hope this helps to explain the hardships you experienced. Because TSR aims to provide the best customer service possible, we will make every effort to prevent this situation moving forward."
