"The team was very professional, taking 2 days to complete the installation.  The digging was very well done, hopefully not causing any major grass issues (will only know over time).  The only compliant I have would be the accidental cutting of my Verizon line...and of course the team didn't do it on purpose and were visibly upset about the issue but a little more care could have been taken in that area.  However, I'd still work with them in the future.

"I purchased my home in 2002. For the last 6 or 7 years I've noticed the signs of foundation settling. At first I ignored it believing that all houses settle some, but after noticing hairline cracks in the foundation walls, cracks in the dry wall around some doors and windows, I just couldn't ignore it any longer. After interviewing several companies, I believed NV Waterproofing had the plan that suited my problem most favorably. In late May 2018, I contacted the company. A representative came to my home and conducted an inspection inside and out to determine the cause and offered several options to resolve the problem and the cost for each. I choose to stabilize my foundation using push piers. I accepted the contract and contacted the company scheduler and got on the calendar for a start date. My project was tentatively scheduled for four days. Due to the need to dig down to the foundation footer, I asked that the project be started and completed in four consecutive days. The scheduler was flexible, easy to work with and kept me informed of potential start dates, After several false starts due to weather, the project was started on Sept 4. The team that started and completed the project was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. "My garage was settling. The quote for installing 5 foundation Push piers under my garage and a French Drain along the side of my garage was very reasonable. The team that came out, led by Ryan Ohman was professional. courteous and hard-working. They did a great job and followed up quickly on a few comments I had. Cleaned up the site nicely afterward. "This is the second time I've hired DB's Plumbing & Drain and I continue to be very happy with them. This time, there were two problems: A main sump pump that had died and a backup sump pump I had connected with flexible tubing which began springing pinhole leaks within months and spraying water all over the room. DB's swapped the dead pump with a spare I had on-hand and reattached the backup pump to the outflow pipe with standard PVC piping. They also joined both pumps to the main pump's larger outflow pipe with a Y-junction which should improve the backup's rate of flow. While they were at it, they replaced the check valves and disposed of a lot of rusty nails and junk that had been swept into the sump pit over the years. All told it only took 2 hours and now everything is quieter, no water spraying around and I have peace of mind that the place isn't going to flood in the next winter storm."

"My concrete walkway attached to the stoop on the side of my house was cracked. Originally I wanted the stoop and the walkway replaced. Of the 4 offers I received, Rigo Ortez was the first person who recommended against that as the stoop was attached to the house and still in very good condition. He was actually concerned that tearing it off might cause issues with the foundation. Rather he suggested back filling under the stoop and attaching the new walkway to the stoop using rebar. While his offer wasn't the lowest price it also wasn't the highest and his guidance on the stoop was appreciated. Ultimately that is the reason I went with his company. They were flexible and came out on my schedule, had MISS-Utility mark off the lines, and completed the work on-time and on-budget. Everything looks great."
