"The team was very professional, taking 2 days to complete the installation.  The digging was very well done, hopefully not causing any major grass issues (will only know over time).  The only compliant I have would be the accidental cutting of my Verizon line...and of course the team didn't do it on purpose and were visibly upset about the issue but a little more care could have been taken in that area.  However, I'd still work with them in the future.

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. Our crawl space foundation was disgusting. This work should have been performed by earlier owners but it fell to us. We were tired of critters, cold floors in the winter, and moisture.
