They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. "All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."

"I had my kitchen renovated in Jan 2016 and Prince William Plumbing did the plumbing work which was fine. In hooking up the new sink they installed a new garbage disposal as well. In Feb 2017, I noticed that there was a small leek coming from something under the sink. I was very disappointed. I called on a Friday (sent pictures from my phone to the office) and John (the owner) came out early Monday morning. He discovered that it was the garbage disposal that was dripping. I believe Prince William Plumbing warrants work for a year but since it had been 13 months, John replaced the garbage disposal (which was warranted for 5 years) and did not charge me for his time. He was prompt in fixing the problem. I believe the two men I have worked with at different times gave me respect as a woman and was willing to take the time to educate me on the course of action."
