"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. "Excellent work! Arturo helped us originally followed by his amazing crew. Highly recommend this company. Arturo as consultant, Jeff as Project Manager and Hymie we’re all excellent. "I had my kitchen renovated in Jan 2016 and Prince William Plumbing did the plumbing work which was fine. In hooking up the new sink they installed a new garbage disposal as well. In Feb 2017, I noticed that there was a small leek coming from something under the sink. I was very disappointed. I called on a Friday (sent pictures from my phone to the office) and John (the owner) came out early Monday morning. He discovered that it was the garbage disposal that was dripping. I believe Prince William Plumbing warrants work for a year but since it had been 13 months, John replaced the garbage disposal (which was warranted for 5 years) and did not charge me for his time. He was prompt in fixing the problem. I believe the two men I have worked with at different times gave me respect as a woman and was willing to take the time to educate me on the course of action."
