"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. "All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. "We had a sewer line go bad and head to tear up part of our garage floor and front steps. The process of putting things back together was complicated. We had to get an engineer drawing for the new front porch slab and steps, and had to repair part of the walls that the pipe went through. The job therefore had many phases, including special materials, excavation and a new porch foundation called for by the engineer, waiting and preventing water infiltration during many storms in the spring, and inspections at multiple stages by DCRA. Rigo and his team were very patient, attentive to detail, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Rigo also has a good eye for what will and won't look good. By the end, we were in better shape than before we started because of the quality of their work. They are obviously very experienced and able not only to design and plan their own work, but do work to spec of a builder or engineer under a government inspection process.
