"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. And though I did not contact them to schedule the work for three months due to the federal govt. shutdown, they honored the estimate without question. Ryan and Caryl kept me informed as to when they could do the work. Their crew showed up promptly on each of the three days it took to rebuild my chimney, replace the terra-cotta liners, and install a new crown. They matched the existing brick almost perfectly. Finally, at no additional cost, at my request they even reinstalled a bath vent cover way up high on my home, which was not part of the scheduled work.
