"Highly recommend this company! We hired them twice this year for two different projects. On both occasions, we received OUTSTANDING service! They built our custom wet bar, finished a portion of our basement and installed an infrared sauna. We get compliments on our basement everything we entertain. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is just marvelous. The owner and his crew are very professional. They kept us informed every day on the progress and next steps. On time and very neat. We even hired them for some handyman projects such as installing a ceiling lamp and installing a TV. We will continue to use them for all our household renovations and repairs. Finally, a company that not only delivers excellent service but does EXCELLENT work!"

"Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.
Thanks Angie's List for recommending REO-ServicePro.

"We were delighted with the outcome of the installation of a new surround on our fireplace. This was a re-do of an initial installation by another contractor that did not work out too well! I was nervous about getting this done right and Kevin put me at ease immediately. He was precise, highly skilled, and very aware that we were not happy with the first installation. It turned out beautifully."

"Quality was outstanding. They knew when to slow down when necessary to dig carefully when near underground cable. They completely removed the old fencing and replaced with new, and in the same appearance as the old (something to consider if you live under an HOA). They even installed an extra post to reinforce the fence."

"Bobby performed several projects for us over the course of a couple of months. He repaired exterior house trim, installed an electrical outlet, repaired drywall, painted interior rooms, and installed a new tile floor. He pays attention to every precise detail, and the results are excellent. He is very responsive, organized and neat, and I felt perfectly comfortable giving him a key to access our home while we were not there. Bobby was more than capable of tackling any job we threw at him, and I definitely recommend him for your home projects."

"I had excellent experience with Muhammad Talha of QuickFix Pros. He replaced the decking on my existing deck with new premium pressure-treated wood, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. From the beginning, Muhammad was patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain the materials and installation process. He provided a detailed written scope of work, used 20-foot boards cut to fit so the deck could be installed with continuous boards and no seams, used CAMO hidden fasteners, applied protective joist tape, and addressed damaged wood he found once the old decking was removed. What impressed me especially was his attention to detail and his willingness to work with what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into something different. He and his crew were professional, careful, and left the area clean when the work was completed. The new deck looks beautiful, and the workmanship so far has exceeded my expectations."

"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

"The installation was seamless. Mark was prompt in responding, on time, and installed the microwave quickly and cleanly. It was problem-free. I plan to hire him again."

"Had a closet door installed. They did a great job and were extremely communicative throughout, including helping us decide what to install. Closet door looks great. Thanks so much!"
