+ -1 moreEverything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be calling them from now on when I need anything repaired.....

+ 3 moreOver the past several years, I've used GS Custom Remodelers for a dozen or so home projects from minor to major including; hardwood floor refinishing, interior painting, exterior door replacement, kitchen cabinet relocating, deck power-washing and painting, and others. In every case, the work has been first class, performed on time by capable and competent workers, at competitive prices. The owners, Juan and Alba, are diligent in insuring that you are happy with the results; Juan performs the initial consultation and gets all the details right. He follows up with a work review at job completion to make sure the work has been done to your satisfaction. Juan and Alba are friendly, open people who are a pleasure to deal with. When it comes to home projects, GS Custom Remodelers are the first (and often) the only people I call. You can't go wrong with them.

They built our custom wet bar, finished a portion of our basement and installed an infrared sauna. We get compliments on our basement everything we entertain. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is just marvelous. The owner and his crew are very professional. They kept us informed every day on the progress and next steps. On time and very neat. We even hired them for some handyman projects such as installing a ceiling lamp and installing a TV. We will continue to use them for all our household renovations and repairs. Finally, a company that not only delivers excellent service but does EXCELLENT work!

Juan and his team were punctual, responsive, thorough - with attention to detail, and we were provided excellent customer service. Juan and Alba offered helpful recommendations throughout the entire scope of the project, they came by our home everyday to review progress, they answered our calls and provided timely responses. As is expected, we did hit a few unexpected roadblocks and issues, but Juan and his team remained committed to addressing our concerns and they helped us to speedily resolve the issues. In the end, we were very happy with the final product, and we were satisfied with the quality and the services provided. We would call Juan and Alba again.

When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. They returned on time again the second day to finish the project. Very professional company, easy to talk to, and great finished project. I am not affiliated with them in any way but found them through reviews. It is refreshing to find an honest contractor who charges a reasonable price. I definintely would hire again!

Description of Work: If you are looking for a home remodeling company that is trustworthy, reliable, and has the expertise to do the job the way you want it done, then I highly recommend GS custom remodeling. We owned a townhouse several hours away from us and it was in a dire need of 20 years of upgrades. I had contact with Juan Sanchez several months prior in reference to a small job repair and he sent me pictures of the completed job as well as an invoice in a timely fashion, so I saved his information. The upgrades that were needed this time involved a much larger three level complete renovation and we needed it done sooner than later. We had to meet the exiting tenants on Memorial day and I asked Juan if by chance he would be available. He knew we lived several hours away and even though it was a holiday, he agreed to meet so we would not have to return. That meant a lot to us. He showed up on time and we did a walkthrough of the townhouse. My husband and I are both in law enforcement and know nothing about renovations. We were nervous needless to say since we do not know Juan nor did we live in the area to oversee the project. Juan asked us about our budget and what we wanted to have completed. When we were done making suggestions, Juan suggested some of his own ideas that made a lot more sense than ours, and he cut down our budget instead of upping it. I couldn’t believe it. Within two days I had a contract sent with an explanation of the work to be done and the cost. Juan said to give him three weeks. We had our fingers crossed, but did not expect everything to be done in three weeks. Week one, I received multiple pictures of completed work as well as text messages updating me as each step moved forward. The same for week two and low and behold on week three, he called to say it was pretty much completed and when could we come to do a walk through with him. We were shocked. Juan and his team did an amazing job. He added some features that we did not even discuss that only added to enhance our townhouse. He called me throughout to get my thoughts on things, but I told him to go with what he thought was best, and he made great decisions that did not add to my cost. His office staff provided pictures as well and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I was sent invoices on time if not earlier than expected. What started out as a nightmare ended up as a blessing. I have other properties that I will no doubt have Juan and his team work on in the future. His key points are: If he can’t do it he will tell you and arrange for someone in that field to fix the issue still overseeing it He is on time, professional, and reliable as well as his office staff He does not charge for every little detail, he added some very nice features I was not expecting He offers to return if it does not pass inspection He listens to your requests and gives advise back Constant contact throughout to include pictures I wish Juan lived closer to me so he could fix our own home. + 1 moreVery well. Work was scheduled over several days to meet our complex schedule and was completed according to the schedule. Painting crew was very professional and did excellent work. Owner of GS Custom Remodelers visited each morning, was always available for consultation, and inspected and approved all work. On several occasions he directed the crew to retouch areas I had not noticed. His prices were not inexpensive, but he was worth every penny we paid and then some. I recommend him highly, have used him on more than one job, and will use him again.
