Our neighbor recommended Premier to us after having a wonderful experience. I have to say that we were not disappointed. We received a fair and complete assessment of our roof, as well as all the options available to us. The customer service was fantastic as they informed us of all the promotions and financing options. They had a back up plan for inclement weather (which there was). We understood that the roof would be installed the following day when it was safe for the roofers to be on top of the roof. The team was prompt and professional, arriving at 7am, as was expected. They were professional and efficient. The finished the work all in one day and took extra time and special care to make sure that all the nails and debris were thoroughly cleaned up. I appreciate the peace of mind I have knowing that my family and property are safe and I don’t have to worry about anything. The Premier team took their time to make sure everything was done right, the first time. I have already started recommending Premier to friends and family.

Our review of Premier for our roof replacement was great on every level. We had another roofing company pitch their offer but decided to go with Premier. Their salesman Michael spent the time to make sure we understood the process, materials, results and post responsibilities of Premier’s warranty. He was knowledgeable and unpretentious, which made him easy to speak with and for us to trust. We received a follow-up phone call from the company’s owner which was an unexpected but very welcomed encounter. He was friendly and spoke with experience and confidence in Premiers ability to meet our expectations. Our crew showed up on time and ready to work. Through speaking with them about the roof replacement we learned they were experienced craftsmen. The roofing team worked diligently and thoroughly by examining the existing structure for potential wood replacement, removing and replacing the new roof. The entire project was completed in one day. Our roof turned out beautifully and we are very pleased with the overall experience with Premier. My husband and I would recommend Premier to anyone who is looking for good communication and excellent craftsmanship.

Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris.

Premier worked on my neighbor's house and didn't even make an attempt at trying to be neat. They used leaf blowers to blow large chunks of ice and trash off the roof into my yard and on my deck and didn't care that I almost got hit with flying debris. St. Josephs roofing did a much better job and were way neater. I'll never hire Premier.

I have an end-unit townhouse that has an unusual shape that was in need of a new roof. At least 4 of my neighbors had gotten a new roof with Premier Exteriors, so I contacted them for a quote. Premier provided a 5-star service throughout the entire process. I spoke with Samantha on the phone, who walked us through the process in general, provided an initial estimate, and was able to schedule an in person presentation with me later in the week. During the presentation, I had the pleasure of talking with Michael Meadows, who provided a low-pressure, very detailed informational session and showed us samples of the different material options. He explained how Premier is GAF certified and provided insight into their extensive warranty on both materials and labor. He also mentioned that if there was ever any concern, I could just call their office and they would be happy to send someone out to take a look. I was able to schedule the installation for as soon as a few days later - even during the holiday season. The installation was seamless in which a highly trained crew of maybe 10 people arrived and worked continuously from 8am to 5pm - completing the entire installation in one day. I could tell from the moment they got started that they were a fine-tuned team working with premium quality materials. Once the job was finished, they thoroughly combed through every inch of not only my property, but of my neighbors as well, to make sure that no debris remained. I paid half of the money up front for supplies and the remainder after the job was complete. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the work and service that Premier provides. If you are reading this review and are looking for a company to install a new roof that will last for decades to come, I recommend Premier Exteriors 100%.

We have had a truly wonderful experience from the very first phone call to when Mike arrived to the house to demonstrate the differences in roofing materials to the men that came to put our new roof. Professional and responsive to questions and issues

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I have had a brand new roof put on my house and both Ricardo and Faiz have been there every step of the way to answer questions for me and to walk me through the whole process (It was very stressful, and an overall daunting task until I found them) The work their company does is amazing and their crew worked quickly and efficiently They left my exterior (both front and back yard)cleaner and tidier than when they arrived I’m so pleased with their work, their customer service and their concern for their clients and their attention to detail I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful company and look forward to using them for future projects Incredible experience!!!!
