"Home Genius Exteriors is an outstanding organization! They told me what time the crew would be here and they were true to their word! They showed at 7am this morning to get right to work! They tore off the roof completely to diagnose the damage from the previous roof and replaced the necessary plywood that was damaged. The crew was very kind and professional! They were very neat and through out the whole process and by the end of it all the clean up was immaculate! Mr. Clemons, the sales rep, was very helpful, thorough and kind! He helped me understand the cost of everything and made it make sense to replace the entire roof as well as my gutters! The project manager Angel Martinez, was super helpful throughout the project, he helped me understand any extra costs and also helped me save where it was possible. He was very attentive and responsive! I recommend Home Genius Exteriors to any and all looking for home improvements!"

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"I reached out to Phase II about creating a portico (covered porch) for our home. From day 1 they were responsive, understood what I wanted, and were very familiar with the whole process. I quickly received an architectural design for my HOA submission and they promptly answered any questions that my HOA had. Installation was on schedule and the team was pleasant. Consistent communication throughout everything and in the end we had a wonderfully constructed portico that was finished on time. "DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY!!! RUNNNN!! Due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control, we are not able to proceed with Long Home services. We called to provide notice of cancellation of goods and services both verbally and in writing on Monday, December 1st. The letter addressed to 8530 Corridor Road, Suite 200, Savage, MD 20763 was delivered today so I do not understand why I am receiving this email stating that supplies have been ordered. We do not want goods and services from Long Home as we recently received confirmation that I do not have job security once I return from my leave and we are unable to commit financially with only one income and run the risk of losing our home. Additionally, after receiving a verbal cancellation of services on Monday, December 1st, Bobby Kaufman, quality assurance manager with Long Home, called me once and left me a voicemail stating he was calling to follow up on a notice of cancellation they received regarding the roofing project."
