"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."

"I was a walk in early that morning with the intention to leave my car since I did not have an appointment.  Greeted upon entry by Mark.  I told him I needed my spark plugs changed and brakes redone.  I also said I wanted a state inspection and oil change.  He said he would have the mechanic work on my vehicle.  I received phone calls with updates as to what they found and when my service was completed.  I will definitely use them again.  I did not need spark plugs or brakes.  I trust them and appreciate that they did not charge me for services that I did not need just to make money.  I will go back to them for my next oil change and have my spark plugs changed at that time.  Extremely professional company.

"The service call went very well.  Dave thoroughly cleaned and tested all our heating and cooling components which took more than an hour to complete.  Nothing was overlooked and when Dave finished he thoroughly explained what all he had done and what his findings and recommendations were.  At no charge to me, he also examined our new mini-split system air conditioner/heat pump, because I had mentioned to him that it seemed to be leaking refrigerant.  Sure enough he was able to pinpoint exactly where there was a leak.  Since this unit is still under warranty, I will have the installer come back and address this leak.   Overall, I could not have been more please with this service call.  When it comes to heating and air conditioning systems Dave who is clearly honest and reliable is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable.  Like I told Dave it gives me great peace of mind to know that he is only a phone call away should I need his assistance.  I highly recommend Dave and his company, Assured Comfort LLC, to anyone ?especially family and friends
