"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. Their gas heater required a new switch which, because it was an old unit, took a lot of effort to find and replace. Next, our newer AC had a valve malfunction, and Briggs’ went way out of their way to properly diagnose the problem. As a precaution, we received a second opinion. Not only did Briggs’ diagnose the problem properly, they fixed it at about a quarter of the cost that the other service provider would have charged. Most recently, a couple of weeks ago, a leak was detected in my parents’ newly installed gas fireplace logs which Briggs had not installed. They met me at my parents’s home within an hour and had it repaired in another hour. And their prices are always extremely reasonable. This is small business done right. In northern Virginia, they are a breath of fresh air."

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees.
