"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. "Adam and mike did a great job helping with our project. We needed a room and bathroom in the basement finished for our mother in law who was going to be staying with us for a while. Picture Perfect had a better price than two of the contractors and the other guy who was lower didn't seem to understand our needs. From selecting paint to tile, fixtures and new carpet, Adam and mike made the process easy and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We waited about two weeks before the project started, I felt like we were given a very realistic timeframe for how long the project would take. The crews showed up on time and were polite and worked fast and efficient. As a whole the project was amazing. The crews work was very clean and neat. We were impressed mostly with the painters and tile installers. The quality of the craftsmanship was impressive. The last day we had carpet installed in the smaller bedroom, they had a great selection of products in stock ranging in quality and color. The carpet crew was in and out in a few hours and cleaned up nicely."
