"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "Initially was called to check lack of cooling from system. They responded same day within a couple of hours. A leak was found in the condenser. We were given multiple options, all reasonably priced. Because of the age of the system and changes in the technology, we opted for a complete new system. They got the old system working at no cost so we would be comfortable in the heat before the new system arrived. They arrived as scheduled, removed the old system with no mess, surprisingly as it was an attic unit and had the new system in working in less than 8 hours. Everything was explained on operating the new unit, all aspects of the installation were first rate an the new system is working superbly."
