As the brother, he explained everything in detail and did the job carefully. There was a little communication problem at the beginning. I texted the dispatcher the screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website and got her to confirm the job. But the plumber apparently did not get the information so he had to go out to get the toilet which added an extra hour to the job. But overall I like this company. The root cause was accurately triaged to a backup on the main drain pipe where the two PVC drain pipes connected. With a declogging auger machine, Charles was able to unclog the main drain pipe drain running the full 50ft auger metal line and test the water successfully draining from half full sink of water all in under 60 minutes. Charles' ongoing interaction & communications during the full session of the fix was fairly reassuring versus other contractors who may mind more onlooking from customers for edification."
