Consumers Choice has been my go to hvac contractor for 8 years. Recently, I had a leak in the closed loop water source that feeds into my hvac. CC replaced hoses and valves and got cool air going again. I never call anyone else.

Excellent service

The only reason I did not give five stars is I thought the service call price of $89.00 was high compared to $59.00-$69.00 offers by most other companies. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and diligent. He found the problem quickly and repaired it on the spot then recharged the system. I will call this company when I replace my system.

Top notch locally-owned company. John and Rick are both professional, friendly and willing to explain the services you are in need of without being a "sales" person.

I was initially impressed with my 1st call to the office and dialog with John; all were very helpful, professional and I knew the cost for the service check -up front. Technician was punctual, polite, and professional. He provided a detailed check sheet and took the time to clearly explain various readings. I would add -that this company is "CUSTOMER FOCUSED"; what a change!

Replaced our Air Conditioning unit on our four story condominium unit that included renting a crane. Their estimate was on average 30% less than their competitors. Courteous and professional team that replaced our AC unit. We will be hiring them in a month or so when our current Annual Maintenance Contract expires. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

Replacing a water heater is a necessity of home ownership. This company made the experience a pleasant one. They responded to the HomeAdvisor alert within in 5 minutes of my posting. The phone person was knowledgeable and personable. The plumber and assistant were excellant in their professionalisn and expertise in removing the old leaking water heater and installing the new one. The price was reasonable as well.

On time and very nice! They surveyed the existing gas fired boiler system (very old) and determined it was still in working order. There was no pressure to redo the entire system, I actually had to ask for a budget on replacing it. We signed an annual maintenance contract with them for the HVAC system and look forward to continuing to work with them.

Very pleased with the work performed. The quality was excellent as well as the customer service. I had a old radiator removed and a new base board one installed in different location through my crawl space. Flexible with my work schedule, on time, pleasant, and very professional.

Got a call from John soon after hitting the "send" button on the Servicemaster site He was familiar with the type of boiler we had. I explained that the other company we dealt with(we even had a service contract)was telling us we needed to replace the whole furnace.John and his tech came out that morning assesed the situation,cleaned out the water tank & checked the overflow-everything was working properly. John said I didn't need a new boiler.This was a sound system.Gas boilers are modular in nature & I had replaced most of the parts over the years. He explanined how it worked so I could understand. THEY ROCK!! I will use them in the future!

This is a first rate very professional company. Based on my experience with two separate systems, a heat pump system, and a boiler system, I would recommend them to my friends and my neighbors with no hesitation. The installers are very careful, methodical, and knowledgeable. They protected the furniture and surroundings while working on system replacements.

I had already paid a diagnostic fee to another repair service who said the boiler repair would be $1500 and, since the boiler was over 30 years old, I might want to replace it. I did not want to pay another diagnostic fee so I ran the symptoms past Consumer's Choice, who convinced me that replacement was probably not necessary and the estimated $1500 repair seemed high. Finally, I decided it was worth it to send out Consumer's Choice, even though I would incur another diagnostic fee. The good news is, the Consumer's Choice repairman fixed the system for 1/10th of the price of the other service. I'm a happy camper anytime I can save $1350.
