Owners Pat and Ed have over 20 years experience in the field. Build from 1 guy in a truck Dwyer Services is now 27 strong with 15 trucks in the field. We hold a master license in Heating and Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical Services. Born and Raised in Ocean County NJ, Dwyer Services plan on being a beacon of light in the industry for years to come! Appropriate choice not provided on first question pull-down menu. This was an annual service.
Arrived within the later part of the “window” provided, but was on time. Answered all my questions. Tech very nice and personable. Expecting a follow up on suspected leak (?) as per water mark on ceiling by vent (tech took photo).

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
The plumber worked quickly and efficiently. He replaced an escutcheon, water hose, flapper and half of the flow valve set up. I had no issue with his work. The price for a partial build was $302 after a supposed $50 coupon was applied and the $79 diagnostic fee was waived. That is the only reason for three stars

Dwyer put in both heating and AC. They were prompt and efficient from the estimate to the installation. All three employees were friendly and respectful. If I called or texted there was a timely response. As far as price they were highly competitive, maybe even a tad lower.
I highly recommend Dwyer. I’ll be contacting them again for other home repairs.

Had a clogged main line, toilet was taken off and snaked. Did not work, told me it had to be snaked from the roof vent. Said he couldn?t help me , so now I?m back where I started. Then the bill came, when I called they said $79 to snake drain.. He charged me almost $500 to snake the toilet and didn?t unclog the drain. Now I?m back to zero, and had to pay them $500, thanks so much for ripping me off!!! Charles SKURZYNSKI
