You won't find a more customer oriented service provider anywhere at any price. And the best part is that All American Drain Services is less expensive than Roto-Rooter in every way. That is, they do not gouge. Okay, maybe the best part is really the employees, from Evelyn who will answer the phone and be genuinely concerned about your problem to the service technicians who are careful, polite, knowledgeable, and diligent. And by the way, after inspecting the drain, explaining why there was nothing further to be done, and providing guidance for future events, AADS did not charge me anything.

Don, Jr. and Andy were very professional and knowledgeable when they came out to diagnose and dislodge the clog in the pipes that was causing my lower level toilet to back up. The backwater valve in outside sewer is about 50 yrs. old and they advised to replace corroded pipes and descaling at some point in the future. Jr. was excellent in describing in simple terms what the problem was and possible solutions to prevent this reoccurring. They were great to deal with..cleaned up the area when they were finished. It was a great experience from start to finish. As a senior citizen it is sometimes unnerving to deal with service companies but that is not the case with this company and service technicians.

After a sewer backup late one night, we called Roto-Rooter to snake the line because they had a 24/7 service. They didn't come until the next morning. I didn't really feel like I had a choice when they priced the service at $945. As part of the fee, they produced a video of the sewer showing that it was nearly half-constricted because of scaling and build-up. All-American quoted about half of what R-R wanted to descale and hydro-jet the pipe clear. R-R promised to send the video, but then reneged on the promise, trying to gouge me for another $99. I finally got the video so All-American could verify the length of the sewer and the estimate. All-American was patient during the delay and cooperative at all times. When William and helper came to descale and hydrojet, they took great care to minimize disruption and keep me informed. They were polite and friendly at all times. They produced a video showing a newly descaled sewer with water flowing freely. There were not many providers willing to quote on this type of service. We were lucky to find All-American and would recommend them without reservation.

It went great! William and Nelson were prompt and professional. And because they were able to do the 'procedure' via the vent stack (basically working from the plumbing vent on the roof) it was quicker and less messy than having to open up the P trap under the sink. We've been in the house over 20 years, and have had to snake multiple times, with the time between snaking getting shorter and shorter (the last time, only 30 days from snaking to being clogged again). Hydrojetting is definitely more expensive than snaking, but I suspect that this will keep things clear for years (they provide a video showing the pipes after jetting, and they are basically completely cleared now).

These folks are the best! They are on time, professional, friendly and work until the job is done. If that doesn't convince you then get a price quote from them and do some comparison shopping. I couldn't find anyone cheaper. They are worth every penny. Shout out to Lucas and Logan. These guys were awesome,

Our plumber suggested using All American Drain Services, since the clog was beyond the trap and a traditional snaking might damage the pipe, leading to bigger problems. Alfie and Adam came out the same day. They examined the drain area and discussed options, noting the age of the pipes in our historic building. Jetting would be too harsh, so they carefully snaked and were able to release the clog and get the drain running freely again. Alfie and Adam were informative and professional, sharing their plan and how they would execute. We would definitely call upon All American again.

I had tried unclogging the toilet in our master bathroom several times using a plunger before calling All American Drain Services. I have family coming in to visit me this week-end, and I needed to get the problem fixed quickly. Evelyn, the office manager who scheduled this work, was very responsive and professional. Junior and A.J., the two plumbers that she sent, also did an excellent job! They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They also were very clean in their work, leaving my bathroom in great condition. And the pricing was very reasonable for this category of job.
