We had an excellent experience with Dun Rite Drain Cleaning LLC. The customer service was friendly and informative starting from the first phone call. We considered our clogging issue an emergency, and they responded promptly to it. Sterling arrived quickly, explained the problem, and immediately started working to unclog the pipe. In no time, he was done! We are impressed with their knowledge, skills, and great customer service. We will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues, and we have already recommended them to our family and friends. Their service was top-notch!

Excellent! Sterling was prompt, courteous, and professional in the way he went about the job, explaining each step and telling me up front what the cost of the effort would be. He cleaned the clog and left no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend his business and would seek his help again for another plumbing problem.

Sterling arrived late by over a half hour and did not call to say he would be late. I had to call him to find out where he was, He fixed both problems but it took a long time. He left to go to the store twice and charged me both times to go (in addition to the parts) a total of $99 JUST FOR TRAVEL A FEW MILES AWAY. i THINK AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER SHOULD KNOW HOW MUCH BATTERY ACID THEY NEED.THE SECOND TRIP WAS JUST TO BUY MORE BATTERY ACID. i THINK i WAS OVER CHARGED. i WOULD HIRE AGAIN ONLY FOR THE WORK BUT NOT FOR THE THE LATENESS WITHOUT A CALL AND THE OVER CHARGING. i WAS QUOTED $49 FOR TRAVEL AND CHARGED $99.

I made the mistake of providing my telephone number and after I hit "enter" I received two phone calls from two different providers. This was a little too aggressive for my taste. Dun Rite called first, so I let them come out and give me an estimate. They were willing to do the work that night, but it was too late in the evening for me considering neighbors. They came the next day. Sterling knew what he was doing, but he was strictly a "drain" guy... not a plumber. He also had a trainee with him. While Sterling was very patient with the trainee, I felt that the trainee slowed him down. Ideally, I would have liked to have had someone who was a licensed plumber... not just knowledgeable in clearing drains. However, Sterling was good at what he did and was able to clear my clogged drain. He had to come back the next day, as they lost my check. Additionally, they had to return a third time, as we were left with no hot water. Sterling was professional, polite, and friendly. I would probably call again. Although, if you're not sure what the problem is... it might be better to contact a plumber.
