"We had 5 companies come out to quote replacing 3 of our exterior doors. Roland is not a pushy salesman with the must purchase today or the price increases motto. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others. "

"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. "I had quite a few issues with my roof, crumbling sidings and interior leaks. Since my roof is above certain height with a steep slope, it is considered a higher risk. I was uncertain and wanted to check out a few quotes. ExteriorMAX was my second quote. They started off with a detail intro to their company and their sourcing company. Adam was able to provide me with every bit of information to help me make the decision. I even skipped my third quote after he proposed a few irresistible discounts. He was helpfully and guide me every step of the way. He took over the communication with the HOA and arranged the approval and scheduled the work day. That made the process much less painful than expected. My new roof was completed in one day and includes all the bells and whistlers. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you again."
