Rick and his crew were fantastic! From our first outreach, Rick (the owner) called me back and scheduled a time to visit our home and inspect the roof. Rick provided a detailed explanation both verbally and in the quote, outlining the work to be performed, the quality and type of materials, and why those materials should be used. Rick was patient and did not pressure us to make a decision. He encouraged us to shop around, look at other options, and call him back with any questions. We decided to move forward, and he explained how the one-day installation would work. Like clockwork, the materials arrived the day before, his team arrived early, and worked safely and efficiently. Even after encountering challenges, Rick communicated, solved the problems, and delivered the room in one day. Lastly, everything was cleaned up and left in excellent order upon completion of the job. Highly recommend.

Did a very good job. Only took a couple hours, they started it at 7 and finished at 1. The workers then stayed to roll magnets around and get most of the nails or metal that was replaced. The owner is very Respectful and honest.
