"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. "My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
