I got six estimates for replacement of my 12-year-old water heater. I went with Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. Both of the people doing the install were highly knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA.

Adam met me at my house for a filter change. he checked my water , discussed my current softener and the overall problems with the system. He left and I decided to get it. Within 2 days the new system was installed. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to everyone.

Went very well! The sales and installation people were very nice & professional.

Bob installed a reverse osmosis system for us.   He also installed a line from the filter to our refrigerator.  He did a great job. The water tastes great.  We had an issue due to our brand of fridge with the the water dispenser being a little slow. He came out and installed a booster for free for us as well.  Great provider.

Finally!  We found a company that understood and addressed the problem instead of glib assurances that "it should work better now".  Although Josh was late in arriving due to unanticipated problems in an earlier installation, he called us to ask if we still wanted him to come.  I was glad we did have him go ahead and come, because he was able to immediately diagnose the problem, explain the solution to me, fix the malfunctioning part and answer my numerous other questions about the system and its functioning.  He was so much more thorough and patient than the rep from the original installer that I had been using for several years.  The bill was about what I expected, and well worth the money.  Advanced will be our company from now on.

Great service!  Hunter provided an initial estimate and came back a few days later to install.  He was punctual and described exactly what he was doing including what to expect with the filters over the years.  Installation exactly as expected.  Cost exactly as estimated.  Great job!

First the plus side:  Josh was the installer and very professional.  He seemed to know what he was doing and consulted me on placement of fixtures.  Job was completed in a timely manner

Initial contact with salesman was mixed because I thought he was trying to "upsell" me a water softener when I wanted the ultra violet to kill bacteria.  Coordination among salesman, office, and installer was lacking, resulting in the necessity for a return visit.

I have been dealing with the Newport, NC office for eleven years.  From purchasing the salt, testing my water, servicing the equipment, and answering my questions.  Everyone there has been helpful and knowledgeable.  They have always been prompt, courteous and clean.  I am very please with the services and products I have received.  My equipment includes the water softener, the canister to remove sulfur smell from my well water, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system.

Our Kinetico water softener quit regenerating.  We called for service on a Monday morning & had a service person there by early afternoon.  The system had been plumbed in wrong, and the service team replumbed the system.  The entire service call was $75.  Unfortunately, the system stuck in regeneration mode overnight, so Tuesday morning we called for service again.  Josh showed up, took the valves apart, cleaned them and stayed for a complete regeneration cycle to ensure everything was fine, and charged nothing additional.  Because the system had been plumbed wrong (NOT BY ADVANCED WATER SYSTEMS), replumbing it correctly released rusty water into our home.  Because of our concern for drinking water, we asked Josh about water filtration systems.  He gave us our options (no hard sale), and on Thursday he returned to install that unit.  We love Kinetico, and we are pleased to have met Josh.  We will definitely do business with him in the future whenever necessary.
