My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!

I was told about a week ago that my compressor had blown. So I called several companies to get an estimate. One company gave me an estimate after looking at the unit. One company didn´t even really inspect anything but tried to push the replacement of both the heat pump and the air handler to the tune of $5000 and another company didn´t even come and tried to insist to replace everything. Then Steve from Churchill A/C came today and did a full inspection. He did not feel comfortable to give me any kind of estimate without verifying that it was indeed the compressor. After checking everything inside and out, he determined that it was the capacitor and not the compressor and replaced that piece. Then went in and double checked that everything inside was also working correctly. He saw that the coil was a bit dirty and asked if I would like it cleaned. I said to please take care of it, especially if this would help the system run better. He did so and made some suggestions on what to do to help keeping things running well.
Steve was honest and up front about everything. He cleaned up everything and was very thorough!! I will definitely be calling him again and referring him to other friends and family.

Steve from Churchill came to give me an estimate on a new compressor, because I was told that the compressor had gone bad on the heat pump. He called about an hour before so that I would not have to be waiting around for him and he made sure to give me a more specific time. He took the time to really inspect the system to verify that a new compressor was needed. Discovered that it was the capacitor instead, which is much less expensive, and took the time to replace it and then inspect everything else. He also let me know of what else might need to be done and did not pressure me to do any service. He was honest and reasonable.

They responded to my call quickly. Were on time. The technician was awesome about explaining what he was doing and showing me the process. Excellent customer service. This is a company that takes care of the customer. Very pleased.

My air handler stopped working and I needed to know if it needed fixed or replaced. After a different company just tried to sell me a new unit and leave me without AC for a few days, I called Steve Churchill. Steve got my old unit running temporarily with universally available parts, educated me on why I needed a new air handler, and won my business for his honesty! He did not leave me without AC to pressure me into buying a new system. If you want someone who will act with integrity, call Churchill.

We trust him. He is one of the most honest men I've ever met. I'm getting ready to have him put in another system.
