He was able to get the heat working in a short period of time, explained what was wrong, and discovered a potential problem that could lead to a costly repair. I do mechanical work, but not HVAC. I advised I could do the work that was needed to prevent the potential problem and he offered resources to accomplish the repair. Todd strikes me as a pretty good guy.
