"The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. This will save on labor cost in the spring when I have the outside ac unit replaced. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend Climate Mechanical and plan on using them in the future. Thanks"

"They've been servicing our equipment for the last 8 or 10 years. They're fine, they're not cheap, they're no the greatest thing ever going. We go on an annual contract, we got two units. We use them begrudgingly. We know their management and it's very responsive. They're familiar with us and our units. They're fine, they're good. In some cases, yes, portable air conditioners are worth buying. They’re a relatively affordable option for cooling small spaces. (On average, they cost between $100 and $500 per unit.) Plus, they’re easy to set up, and you can move them around to cool various parts of your home as needed. However, they aren’t the most efficient AC option, and they tend to be noisy.

While personal preferences widely vary, sleep experts say the best temperature for sleeping is between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit rather than 78.
