He was able to get the heat working in a short period of time, explained what was wrong, and discovered a potential problem that could lead to a costly repair. I do mechanical work, but not HVAC. I advised I could do the work that was needed to prevent the potential problem and he offered resources to accomplish the repair. Todd strikes me as a pretty good guy. "Installation of replacement air and gas furnace on Memorial Day is a little early to rate work quality but as far as I am aware, things are working well. Mr James Woodfin on Old Dominion Heating and Air was very informative concerning the installation and the equipment. The crew was courteous, neat and willing. They returned to complete needed touches and then again to replace a broken dryer vent they found while installing the lines under the house ( a separate job I requested they do). I have been so satisfied with their work and have asked this company to be included on their regular maintenance schedule for both HVAC zones in our home."
