"Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again."

Todd is the type person you could get along with even if he wasn't working on your HVAC. He was able to get the heat working in a short period of time, explained what was wrong, and discovered a potential problem that could lead to a costly repair. I do mechanical work, but not HVAC. I advised I could do the work that was needed to prevent the potential problem and he offered resources to accomplish the repair. Todd strikes me as a pretty good guy. We must have talked for 20 minutes after the job was accomplished. I recommend Spencer Mechanical."

They returned to complete needed touches and then again to replace a broken dryer vent they found while installing the lines under the house ( a separate job I requested they do). I have been so satisfied with their work and have asked this company to be included on their regular maintenance schedule for both HVAC zones in our home."
