"The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. This will save on labor cost in the spring when I have the outside ac unit replaced. The job was completed in a day. I would recommend Climate Mechanical and plan on using them in the future. Thanks"

"They've been servicing our equipment for the last 8 or 10 years. They're fine, they're not cheap, they're no the greatest thing ever going. We go on an annual contract, we got two units. "I have been dealing with two leaks in my house one from the roof and one from the HVAC system. The insurance company is dragging their feet. It started in November 20 24. It is now February 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Pro Clean has been a godsent if it was not for Pro Clean. I think I would’ve went crazy. They have stood beside me the whole time they have advocated for me with the insurance company and as a single woman they have helped me with contractors that I could trust if you need anything as far as mold, leaks anything like that you need to call this guy the owner Peter is the sweetest man you will ever meet. The compressor is the heart of your AC system and is one of the most important parts required to keep it functioning properly. If your AC unit is making a popping, banging, clanging, clicking, or screeching sound, it could point to a problem with the compressor. You need to know the square footage of your home first. Multiply that number by 20, which will get you the BTUs (British Thermal Units) needed to cool your home efficiently. Homes up to 1,000 square feet usually need a 1.5-ton unit; homes 1,000 to 1,200 square feet usually need a 1.75-ton unit, and homes 1,200 to 1,400 square feet usually need a 1.9-ton unit. For washable or electrostatic air conditioner filters, you can soak and rinse them with water. If you rinse the filter with water, make sure to use a faucet, shower head, or garden hose with a gentle water pressure setting, as strong water pressure could damage the filter.

The best way to reduce heat upstairs is to release it by opening a window. Hot air rises, and if you can create some airflow by opening a window upstairs and also one on a lower level, the hot air should be pushed out of the home. Remember that fans pointing out the window do a much better job of circulating air than fans pointing into the home.
