Found the problem went over every detail with us. We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split. Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived. It is now February 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Pro Clean has been a godsent if it was not for Pro Clean. I think I would’ve went crazy.
