I feel like it was more of a sales call than anything, they said I needed a new system, but I am not sure they diagnosed why the strip heat is coming on more frequently, so its working and I wish they could have checked freon levels etc, rather than try to quote me a price on an inefficient new one,

The owner patiently listened while I explained exactly what I wanted to accomplish, suggested alternatives, treated me like a fully functioning adult, and was pleasant to work with. The crew arrived and the owner was on the phone with them to explain what they were to do. Then I discussed the plan with the 2-man crew. They assessed the situation, presented a new solution based on the actual configuration of the W/D, and we agreed that their solution was best. It is not surprising that once the worker bees arrive on the scene and are able to assess the situation with all appliances in their place they can present a solution that was not apparent previously. THESE PEOPLE ARE REAL PROBLEM SOLVERS; THEY GO INTO A JOB WITH THEIR EYES OPEN TO COMING UP WITH THE BEST WAY TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK â THE CUSTOMER JUST HAS TO ENGAGE WITH THEM, ASK QUESTIONS, LET THEM EXPLAIN. Iâ LL USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!
