For the past 24 years, Beaulieu Floors has been serving both residential and commercial customers in the Washington Metropolitan area. By providing the best professional flooring service possible, we offer a large variety of styles and selections of all types of flooring. We carry the same product lines from major manufacturers and specialty mills that you would find in more expensive department stores and independent retailers. However, because we keep our overhead low, we are able to pass significant savings on to you. Beaulieu Floors refinished the oak floors on the first floor of our 80-year old house, the stairs to the second floor, and several banisters. We highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, easy communication, and excellent value. We would absolutely hire them again (which we probably will do when we tackle the 2nd floor of the house). Communicating with Louis Beaulieu was easy and incredibly pleasant. For the most part we communicated by text, and Louis was always responsive. His crew came out to do some test stains on our floor, which was extremely helpful in making our stain selection. The work was completed while we went on vacation, and Louis let us know when the work was completed and provided care information for the refinished floors. We love our refinished floors -- could not be happier.

Brandon troubleshot my ailing furnace. My blower motor was bad. He replaced it and now my 26 year old furnace works like new. He was on time polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will use Oak Electric again (but hopefully not too soon).

Beaulieu Floors did an outstanding job for us. We were hesitant about the carpet in the new house we bought (our first) but then we gathered the courage to prioritize removing it and replacing it with engineered hardwood. We had heard lots of warnings about contractors, especially during these times of limited inventory and high volume demand for materiel and labor. We braced ourselves for price gouging, delays, and excuses. We found none of that with Louis Beaulieu and his crew. They were prompt, courteous, informative and reasonable with their initial quote. And then they were quick, meticulous, respectful, professional and design-conscious in the execution; they didn’t metaphorically cut corners even though their work literally involves cutting corners! We are very happy with our decision to replace the floors, and we were very happy to have acted on the recommendation of our long-standing handyman to hire Beaulieu Flooring for this job. It totally transformed our relationship with our utility room and our family room. And we get lots of compliments on it.

Louie and his crew were exceptional. When I contacted Louie regarding providing an estimate and doing my carpet (and carpet pad) installation, he met with me the next day. He was right on time. He was professional and informed, and provided suggestions for my installation that made the carpets look better in my home. He was able to perform my work within 3 days. His installation crew was also right on time. They worked smart and hard, and they cleaned up after their installation was done. I am already planning other carpeting jobs and I will definitely use this company. I recommend them to anyone seeking carpet installation services

Choose Beaulieu Floors Inc. if you want to fall in love with your floors again! We bought a place that had seen better days and had no idea where to start but knew our carpets had to go. Beaulieu came to meet us for an estimate - was great about wearing masks during covid - and walked us through our options. As new homeowners, Louie Beaulieu was extremely up front on costs and recommendations of work that needed to be done to achieve our look. He was GREAT about texting and emailing and when his team came for work, they were prompt and friendly. We felt great knowing they were making our townhouse feel like a home. The work dome to our hardwood floors was immaculate and I would recommend Beaulieu Floors Inc to any family or friend in a heartbeat! Check out our amazing before and after pics! Beaulieu recently refinished my 75 year old hardwoods upstairs. Louis Beaulieu is wonderful, as is his crew. Professional, clean, thoughtful, and very fairly priced. I first saw his work when I had an addition built ~10 years ago and my builder used him. Thank goodness I remembered his name. On that job he perfectly blended the original hardwoods to new hardwood in the addition. I am more than satisfied.

Excellent! He worked with my schedule to arrange for Edwin and Steve to come out and do the repair. Since I already had the wood planks, they needed to have the appropriate thickness of plywood (?) to place beneath the replacement planks. It was outstanding work! I am very pleased with this company. No need to call anyone else -- he's my 'go to' guy for my flooring needs.

Louis came to our home for selection of the tile and an estimate, which was very helpful because of my spouse's condition. He was flexible when I had to postpone installation. due to my spouse's death. The crew was extremely hard working and meticulous. Louis followed up with his own personal inspection.
