Whenever I have an issue they deal with it quickly and professionally. The contractorsecond they send to my home for repairs are also great.

All went well; we were provided an emergency number to call for after-hour repairs and that was helpful when there was a water main break (they didn't have to end up coming out because it wasn't an issue with our house but the response was quick!). Otherwise we email our property manager and she responds promptly with advice or she contacts the homeowner quickly and comes back with a solution. She's always pleasant and ready to help.

I can not say enough good things about Vicky Anderson and her team. They have been managing my rental house for over a year now. I initially contacted Vicky when my existing tenants (who were friends of my exhusband) decided to move out after 3 years, and right before Thanksgiving. I didn't even know where to start to find new tenants, and during the holidays no less. I called Century 21 Option 1 and left a message. Vicky returned my call right away, and we met to discuss. From the start she was efficient and professional. She listed and marketed the house right away. The existing tenants paid through January, and her and her team were considerate and patient as the other tenants transitioned out, and they had a lease ready for Feb. 1 with fully qualified family. I feel the fees are fair and everything is being well managed.
